Call In Services

We have a Field Service Department that will schedule service when you initiate the call for help. We are ready to provide service when you need us.

Water Care Program

As an alternative to purchasing your Water Treatment equipment we offer a Water Care Program. For one low monthly cost you can receive the
benefit of all the latest Water Treatment equipment plus any service, maintenance and consumables (some conditions apply).

Preventative Maintenance

We will customize a Maintenance Program based on your needs and system type.

Our Service Manager will schedule a Field Technician to inspect, repair, maintain, replace scheduled components such as UV Bulbs, filters etc

Customer Care Program

Our Service Co-ordinator will contact you when it is time to replace filters and components of your system

Hot Tubs and Pools

We provide regular service and maintenance for hot tubs and pools. Our trained technicians can keep your hot tub clean and sparkling with a regular maintenance schedule. Less time for you to spend balancing the chemicals
